He also stated that murders had decreased by 70% from their peak. National Guard Benefits and Future Outlook

Trump announced a new directive ensuring that National Guard members serving on the Memphis task force, as well as those in D.C., New Orleans, and on border missions, would receive the same benefits as active-duty troops.
