School Board Member Censured After ‘Hot’ Student Remark
Washington County School Board member Keith Irvin was censured after calling a student 'hot' during a live-streamed meeting. He claims his remarks were taken out of context, but the board voted for a second censure. Voters will decide Irvin's and Superintendent Jerry Boyd's future in the August election.
