Cadets Stop University Shooter in Harrowing Classroom Attack
ROTC cadets at Old Dominion University bravely stopped an armed assailant who opened fire in their classroom. The cadets recounted the harrowing experience, detailing how they confronted the shooter, with one cadet sustaining a graze wound. Lieutenant Colonel Brandon Shaw was killed during the incident while attempting to subdue the attacker.
