Iowa Offers $35K Forgivable Loans for Homebuyers
Eastern Iowa is introducing a new program to help first-time homebuyers, offering up to $35,000 in forgivable loan assistance for down payments. Similar initiatives are appearing in other states, funded by taxpayers and designed to support low-income buyers.
