ODU Shooting: Gunman Had Past ISIS Ties, Officials Say
A gunman with past ISIS ties, identified as Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, killed one person and injured two others in a shooting at Old Dominion University. Jalloh had previously pleaded guilty in 2016 to attempting to provide material support to ISIS. Authorities are investigating the motive and circumstances surrounding the attack.
