Two individuals have been federally charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS following an attack outside a New York residence. Amir Balat and Ibrahim Kayumi allegedly acted under the influence of ISIS propaganda, with one expressing a desire to exceed the scale of the Boston Marathon bombing.
