Kuwait Downs 3 US Jets in Iran Combat Zone Mistake
Three U.S. fighter jets were mistakenly shot down by Kuwaiti air defenses during active combat operations in Iran. All six aircrew members ejected safely and were recovered. The incident occurred on the third day of U.S. and Israeli operations against Iran.
