“Firefighters actually arrive first and as they typically do in fire situations, they go right in. They want to try to get to the fire as quickly as possible. They know how destructive fire can be if they wait. So, they actually figured out which apartment it was, breached the door, and immediately were confronted by someone in the apartment.”
