The launch of Amo coffee is a passion project for Rollins and his wife. “We want to give this to people. We want people to be able to experience this as well,” he explained. They aim to share their love for craft coffee with their fans, calling themselves “purveyors of craft coffee now.”

The World of Coffee convention in San Diego is described as the “ComicCon of craft coffee.” Rollins is excited to showcase their unique flavors, like a watermelon co-ferment, and connect with fans. “We have a lot of this going on, but the flavor profiles are pretty awesome,” he mentioned.
