The building project kicked off by focusing on the residential areas. “We have got a ton of land and we have got just a little bit developed,” the creator explained at the start. After placing trees to block out the industrial zone’s impact, the next big addition is a town park. “We need to give these people a reason to stay here,” they said. This park is designed as a small, cozy spot for the families living in the neighborhood. It might seem a bit out of order since there’s no school yet, but it provides a place for children to enjoy. “We have a place for your kid to slide down a slide and utilize some swings,” the creator noted.

The park features playground equipment, paths for walking around, and an open area. It’s not a huge park, but it serves its purpose as a neighborhood gathering spot. “It’s just going to be a little corner park, little neighborhood park, and that is exactly what we’ve got there,” they explained. Now, kids have a place to play and make noise.

The Big Attraction: A State Park RV Resort

The most exciting new development is the creation of a state park RV resort. This is intended to be a major draw for the town, potentially bringing in lots of visitors. “This might be the anchor of our whole town,” the creator declared. The area, previously filled with trees, is being transformed into a campground.

The plan is to expand this into a larger park area with more amenities later on. For now, the focus is on building the RV park itself. “We’re going to put the RV part in today,” they announced. This involves adding camping spots near a lake, which offers a beautiful view. While not fully detailed yet, the vision includes a camp office and spaces for campers.

The creator is really excited about this project, calling it “an exciting one.” They plan to add more details like campers and signs later. The RV park aims to be a place where people can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. “This is hopefully going to be the thing that brings people to the town,” they said, emphasizing its importance for the town’s growth.

The entrance to the RV park features a nice water feature and a turn towards the camp office. “We still haven’t put a wreck area here. We still haven’t put maybe a food truck here,” the creator admitted, pointing out areas that still need work. They are looking for more decoration options to add to the park. Some campers are already placed, with one enjoying a prime spot by the pond.

Key facilities like bathrooms still need to be added. The plan is to make it a full state park, not just an RV park, so a general park area is also in the works. “This is the RV park, and we are going to keep adding to this,” they promised. The creator acknowledges that the town build is an ongoing process, with ideas coming as they build. “I don’t really have anything that I’m referencing, I’m just kind of going off the top of the dome,” they shared.
